ok, lets start!

Tail- now i warn you if you do touch that the flame goes more powerful and can inflict a burn, this is his most disliked place to be touched. but i warned you

Shoulder- this is mainly if you put your hand on there and shock him, he ends up being really surprised and using one of his attacks.

Neck- he's really ticklish there, that is the main reason for his tail being on a scarf thats round his neck

oh there is however one thing i should mention.....don't remove his headgear, if you do well i think you'll find out soon :3
